- Supporting the implementation of complex technology or cybersecurity solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Managing concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Lead the cyber transformation program, overseeing individual projects and ensuring alignment with strategies, policies, and procedures. Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including project selection criteria, prioritization methods, and resource allocation models.
- Develop, track, and communicate project deliverables, including project plans, scope, and success criteria. Ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor project performance, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints. Implement effective project management methodologies.
- Understand cybersecurity requirements within the business context. Collaborate with business analysts and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate with stakeholders to obtain buy-in on implementation scope and timeline.
- University degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, business operations, technology, or cybersecurity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to comprehend, visualize, analyze, and resolve complex project issues. Familiarity with various project management and governance techniques.
- Proficient problem-solving skills, including the ability to study a problem, analyze options, and propose solutions. Capable of approaching problems from different perspectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills. Experience in client-facing roles or management consultancy is highly desirable.
