- Responsible for the project in deploying a new communication surveillance tool in HK and to conduct preparatory work for the anticipated deployment in seven APAC sites
- Act as the key contact in APAC of Head office Teams e.G. Global Markets Regulatory Compliance project team, IT project team etc.
- Develop comprehensive projects plans for effective project deployment within defined timeframe
- Lead the entire cycle of the software development project including but not limited to business requirements analysis, project plan development and scheduling, cost management and quality of work and management reports preparations and documentations
- Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders in APAC entities
- Report to local management and head office teams regularly and maintain good relations with all stakeholders including third party vendor
- Bachelor's degree with major in business administration, finance or any other related discipline
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in project management in regulatory compliance/ surveillance/ capital markets compliance within corporate investment banking/ consulting firms
- Strong project management experience in regulatory compliance, capital markets compliance/ operations, market abuse surveillance, risk management system etc.
- Experience in deploying cloud based SAAS solution would be an advantage
- Strong team player, detailed oriented and able to prioritize task independently
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English. Frech speaking would be an advantage
- Strong MS office (word, PowerPoint, excel)
