• RSW with a social work degree and
  
• At least 5 years working experience in elderly services or related fields
  
• Overall management and administrative role in the project related to elders and their carers
  
• Provide ongoing supervision to social workers in the team to ensure the service quality
  
• Take the lead to build up collaborative networks with local stakeholders include but not limited to NGOs, MSWs, Estate Management offices
