Quality Assurance Manager

Reporting to Senior Product Control Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing, monitoring of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and setting up food safety controls and documentation procedures. He/she will follow annual certification audit of ISO 22000 and Halal food certification, leading internal audit and arrange external audit annually;
initiate and conduct supplier audit. In addition, he/she will handle guest complaints and promote food safety awareness throughout supply chain management. And communicate at all levels with cross functions to resolve non-conformance and quality assurance issues. Provides training, tools and techniques to enable operation staffs to achieve food safety requirements.

Requirements

- Degree holder in Food Science, Nutrition or related disciplines

- Over 6 years’ working experience, preferably in Catering industry, with 3 years in managerial capacity

- As qualified ISO 22000 internal auditor and experienced to follow external audit

- Experience in manufacturing industry and quality assurance is preferred

- Solid experience in the set up and implementation of ISO22000, FSSC22000 and HACCP

- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders

- Less experience would be considered to be Assistant Quality Assurance Manager
