Responsibilities:
- Handle front desk duties including greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls and enquires, taking messages and setting up conference calls as requested;
providing excellent reception services and tea service to the guests - Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office operations, including proper record filing, office &
inventory maintenance and handle data entry, etc. - Assist in procurement services and liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Provide general administrative support to Admin Department
- Provide personal support to the Chairman and his family when needed
- Assist in ad hoc projects and other administrative support in the office
Qualifications:
- Associate degree / Higher diploma holder
- Min. 2 years of administrative working experience
- Good command of both spoken and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin an advantage
- Proficient at computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Bright, pleasant, meticulous, self-discipline, well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
