Responsibilities:
- Schedule meeting room bookings
- Answer all incoming and outgoing phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Ensure reception, pantry area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
- Liaise with service providers for office facilities
- Order office stationery and office supplies
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, binding and faxing
- Assist to arrange welcome and farewell luncheons, office parties, annual dinner and etc
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in law firm
- Effective written and oral communication in English and in Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team, flexible and supportive mindset
- Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner.
- Immediately available or short notice candidate would be an advantage
