Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meeting room bookings
  • Answer all incoming and outgoing phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Ensure reception, pantry area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
  • Liaise with service providers for office facilities
  • Order office stationery and office supplies
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, binding and faxing
  • Assist to arrange welcome and farewell luncheons, office parties, annual dinner and etc
  • Other ad-hoc tasks




Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in law firm
  • Effective written and oral communication in English and in Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, flexible and supportive mindset
  • Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner.
  • Immediately available or short notice candidate would be an advantage
