  • Manage the tender process from start to finish, including the preparation of tender documents, coordination with internal teams, and submission of tenders
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.G. sales, logistis, procurement etc.) to ensure that tender responses are accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (e.G. clients, consultants, partners) to gather information and respond to queries related to the tender process
  • Coordinate project activities, including project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management


  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, tender management, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and issues and develop effective solutions
  • Candidate with garment background will be a plus!
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing processes and best practices
