- Identify and target potential customers in the corporate sector to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the office furniture industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product catalogue to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our office furniture solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements in line with company guidelines and profitability goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and installation of office furniture orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new office furniture products to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the office furniture industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and convey product information effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, drive, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for sales presentations and reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common sales goals.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events as required.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
