- Act as a key point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of sports equipment.
- Prepare and send quotations, sales contracts, and invoices to customers, adhering to company pricing policies and terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
- Track and monitor order status, keeping customers informed of any changes, delays, or issues that may arise.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, sales reports, and documentation in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and product catalogs.
- Support the sales team in market research activities, competitor analysis, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and new sports equipment offerings to provide relevant information and support to customers.
- Strong passion for sports and knowledge of sports equipment and related products.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in handling orders, documentation, and customer information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
