- Responsible for review and quality assurance for financial reporting and consolidation for group reporting.
- Provide day-to-day technical support in audit and accounting related matters for Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries.
- Liaise with external auditors for audit matters.
- Draft and review financial statements of Hong Kong and overseas companies.
- Assist in company secretarial duties. Experience in company secretarial function would be an advantage.
- Assist in tax computation for Hong Kong companies.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalents.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in accounting or auditing. Candidates from Big 4 and second tier audit firms are preferred.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong or international accounting standards and relevant tax rules.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in SAP and S4 HANA is an advantage.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Frequent travel to mainland China
