- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and resonate with our target audience
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
- Plan and monitor the budgets for the marketing plan
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling product messaging, packaging, and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years marketing experience in FMCG / F&
B - Experience in supervising is a plus
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
