- Gathering with business requirement and analysis, documentation for operational and functional design in the system
- Communicating with internal stakeholders;
translating and ensuring it has fulfilled user requirement - Perform with solution development, testing, implementing for system launch and enhancement
- Involves with test plan, test case, UAT and on
- Conduct user training and guideline in order to ensure the adoption for users
- Involves with system enhancement and maintenance
- Hold a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or related disciplines.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Display a strong analytical and strategic mindset, along with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Mandarin language skills are a plus.
