- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various internal and external sources.
- Collaborate with regional teams to understand data requirements, identify data quality issues, and implement data cleansing and enrichment strategies.
- Develop and implement data models and database structures to support the organization's data architecture.
- Define and enforce data standards, best practices, and data governance policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Design and develop scalable and efficient data architectures, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data marts, to support the bank's analytical and reporting needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven 2 year's experience as a Data Engineer, Data Modeling.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.G., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and data warehousing technologies (e.G., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.G., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data requirements and propose effective solutions.
