job description
- Conduct ETL and manage all data across the core system and database
- Analyze data provided by internal and external counterparts
- Ensure data quality aligns with the company's data requirements and compliance
- Validate data integrity to ensure accurate reporting
- Automate and optimise business processes using VBA, Python and SQL
- Set up data governance control to standardise data processes
- Any ad-hoc duties and projects as required
- Degree in Acturary, IT, Business, Statistics, or any relevant disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in data, preferably in the financial industry, OR
- 3+ years of experience in insurance operations, with basic understanding of SQL, Python and/or VBA
- Experience in SQL, Python and VBA
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English is mandatory
- Strong attention to details, accuracy, analytical, problem solving and cooperation skills
