  • Review and standardize PDLC/Agile framework to align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Enhance PDLC/Agile processes for improved effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability.
  • Implement controls and metrics to ensure process compliance and monitor adherence.
  • Assess and redefine resource management system requirements.
  • Define guidelines for resource allocation and utilization.
  • Lead sourcing and implementation of a suitable resource management system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Monitor adherence and recommend mitigation measures.


  • University degree with a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience;
    with solid experience in IT project management or IT governance experience.
  • Applicants with Agile experience is a must
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrates integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Relevant Agile development certification and experience.
  • Audit Management experience is an advantage
