- Review and standardize PDLC/Agile framework to align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Enhance PDLC/Agile processes for improved effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability.
- Implement controls and metrics to ensure process compliance and monitor adherence.
- Assess and redefine resource management system requirements.
- Define guidelines for resource allocation and utilization.
- Lead sourcing and implementation of a suitable resource management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Monitor adherence and recommend mitigation measures.
- University degree with a Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience;
with solid experience in IT project management or IT governance experience. - Applicants with Agile experience is a must
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrates integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Relevant Agile development certification and experience.
- Audit Management experience is an advantage
