job description
- Participate in designing, deploying, and supporting company networking infrastructure including LAN, WAN, wireless network, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Trouble-shoot, handle, and manage network incidents and problems
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as policies, procedures &
training plans for network administration and disaster recovery plan - Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Lead implementation and monitoring for enterprise network with latest technology to support 24x7 production environment
- Provide 7 x 24 roster-based on call support and resolving related incidents if needed
- Diploma Holder in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent discipline
- More than 3 years working experience as network engineer with experience in designing as well as deploying networking infrastructure
- Familiar with LAN, WAN, wireless network, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Experience on Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or Fortinet products
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
