The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as 'HKSR') is a pioneer in rehabilitation dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities, chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society. Key Responsibilities :

• Organize and execute capacity building schemes and public education campaigns for the co-working space community of patient self-help groups and organizations
  
• Establish community partners and coordinate partnership schemes for the co-working space community
  
• Support in multimedia content development and online service
  
• Provide innovative service in building capacity for continuous development of self-help organizations

Requirements :

• Registered Social Worker with high diploma or associate degree in Social Work or above or related discipline
  
• More than 2 years of experience in self-help group supporting services or working with people with chronic health conditions is preferred
  
• Innovative, mature, independent, good interpersonal skills and teamwork
  
• Familiar with the use of information technology, social media and multimedia
  
• Good command of both English and Chinese
  
• Duties in evenings, weekends and public holiday are required on need basis
  
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Project Officer
