- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing your expertise in mechanical, electrical, or process systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operations personnel, ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in equipment technology, making recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and vendors for equipment procurement, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the energy industry.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
