Service Manager Elderly Services

We are now inviting high caliber personnel to fill the above position. Job Description :

• Support senior management in the planning and development of Nursing Standard;
  SOP and other new service initiatives.
  
• Oversee the operation of residential care services within available resources, and according to the corporate strategies and financial targets.
  
• Monitor service administration of residential care team, conduct service evaluation and manage intra-team coordination.
  
• Develop and implement the promotion plan and activities of self-financing services through various channels, including but not limited to mass media and social media.
  
• Establish and foster collaborative relationships with local and international elderly / community service providers, professional organizations, government departments and foundations etc.
  
• Represent the elderly services in relevant meetings, working groups and seminars whenever necessary.
  
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor when deems appropriate.

Requirments :

• Bachelor's degree holder in healthcare or social care relevant discipline.
  
• Registered Social Worker / Registered Nurse / Occupational Therapists / Physiotherapists.
  
• Minimum 7 years of elderly care experience serving in a sizable organization including 5 years at management position. Possess experience in operating self-financing services will be a definite advantage.
  
• Familiar with social services delivery process, cost control and budget making.
  
• Well knowledge of project management, possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
