- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing account profiles to identify gaps in SOW information and corroborations
- Perform analysis of collected data, perform sanity check and work with Sales team for further corroborations
- Advice Sales team and perform desktop research to assist with benchmark analysis or account profiles updates as needed
- Ensure name screening have been conducted and all adverse findings are cleared, documented and escalated properly
- Assist Head of the team with implementing audit and compliance testing team action plans
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking required or equivalent education or experience
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in SOW within Banking (PB preferred) or Big4
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Cantonese
- Strong communication skill, including the ability to deal with potentially contentious issues effectively and instruct/ advise Sales team
