- Manage import and export operations for the APAC region, including coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, demand planning, and allocation to optimize stock levels and minimize stock-outs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the supply chain.
- Support procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade compliance policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to import/export activities, inventory levels, and procurement transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
