- Cover the system administration for end user computing technologies
- Troubleshoot issues related to M365, Active Directory, VDI, etc
- Create user guides and knowledge base articles to educate and empower end-user
- Identify opportunities to leverage new M365 features and functionality to improve productivity
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Strong proficiency in administering and supporting M365 applications
- Has solid knowledge in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related technologies
- Prior involvement in M365 implementation projects would be an advantage
- Proficient in Cantonese, English &
