- Design, develop, enhance, and support the enterprise level of Oracle HR System
- Lead vendor and offshore team for the internal system enhancement as well as system change
- Review and deliver quality assurance for the system
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of solution
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system development area
- Applicants with solid HRIS experience in Oracle is a must including Peoplesoft or Oracle HCM
- Applicant with exposure in cloud based system and data migration is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
