  • Design, develop, enhance, and support the enterprise level of Oracle HR System
  • Lead vendor and offshore team for the internal system enhancement as well as system change
  • Review and deliver quality assurance for the system
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of solution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in system development area
  • Applicants with solid HRIS experience in Oracle is a must including Peoplesoft or Oracle HCM
  • Applicant with exposure in cloud based system and data migration is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
