- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the frozen food trading sector.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and customers, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our products and expand our business network.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or trading industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
