  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the frozen food trading sector.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and customers, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our products and expand our business network.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or trading industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
