Water World is currently looking for talents to fill the following vacancies in our Guest Services team:
水上樂園現誠聘下列人材加入遊客服務團隊的大家庭：

• Guest Services Associate 遊客服務主任
• Guest Services Supervisor 遊客服務監督

The incumbent will be responsible for creating excellent guest experience via all guest areas at ticketing &
enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area. He/she has to handle guest comments and requests appropriately according to the standard operations procedure. He/she will also assist to executive inventory/stock take activities in order to ensure efficient stock remains on hand at all times. He/she has to maintain a professional self-image of the highest standards within the Park and complete any additional tasks required by the superiors.

Requirements

• Degree in hospitality or other related disciplines
• Responsible, pleasant, customer-oriented
• High adaptable to change and fast pace operations
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Willing to work outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
